Kinetic Energy Impact
Dry ice pellets are accelerated at supersonic speed and strike the surface with force. This impact breaks apart surface contaminants like grease, grime, and rust scale.
Thermal Shock
The pellets are at -109°F (-78°C). When they hit the warmer surface, the rapid temperature difference causes contaminants to contract and become brittle, loosening their bond to the underlying material.
Sublimation Expansion
Upon impact, the dry ice instantly sublimates — turning from solid to gas. This gas expands at 800x its volume, lifting contaminants off the surface without leaving any secondary waste or residue
Our Process
Step 1: Lift & Inspect
We raise the vehicle, remove undertrays, and expose key areas like the undercarriage and engine bay. This lets us map out what needs cleaning and preservation.

Step 2: Prepare & Protect
Sensitive parts are masked, and settings are tuned for each material. That way, contaminants are removed while original finishes stay intact.
Step 3: Dry Ice Blast
Pellets hit at supersonic speed, freezing and fracturing grime on contact. As they turn to gas, the expansion lifts away debris with no residue left behind.

Step 4: Clean & Verify
We clear away loosened debris and inspect all surfaces. Any spot needing a second pass is handled before reassembly.
Step 5: Protect (Optional)
Choose from 3M coatings that shield against corrosion, moisture, and grime. These options preserve the restored finish for decades ahead.

Step 6: Handover
You receive before-and-after photos and a results walkthrough.
